12/16 - Received message that visit needed rescheduled because tenant was not going to be available. /// GED
12/16 - Rescheduled to 12/19 @ 1pm. /// GED
12/19 - Received call that visit needed rescheduled to 1:30pm. /// GED
12/19 - Met tenant and inspected interior. There is an accumulation of furniture, toys, trash bags, boxes of stuff and food. There is a rodent infestation and poor sanitation. Discussed decluttering, cleaning and proper storage of food. A follow up inspection will occur in 2020. Called and discussed with owner. Per our discussion, it sounds like the tenant has already removed some items from when he was there last. Discussed pest control and sealing holes. Follow up 1/6/2020. /// GED

1/6 - No answer at door. There are 8 trash bags of waste on the landing. /// GED

1/7 - Spoke with tenant - waste that was on landing is gone. She refused entry because she said she was not ready due to family illness. We setup inspection for 1/10 at 9am. /// GED

1/10 - Met tenant. There were about 2 dozen trash bags on landing and on ground. There has been a lot of progress cleaning. There is still more that needs completed in bedroom and attic area. Discussed follow up inspection next week. Called and discussed progress with owner and pest control. /// GED

1/17 - Visited unit. There were about 12 trash bags on exterior. Cleaning and sorting has improved since last week. There is less stuff in the bathroom and bedroom. Not much has changed with attic area. Agreed on follow up inspections weekly on Friday at 9. /// GED
1/19 - Spoke with JFS and owner concerning status. The owner is providing baits and traps. /// GED

1/23 - Received call from tenant cancelling Friday @ 9am inspection. /// GED
