10/22 - Observed a couch at rear. Spoke with first floor tenant. He said they do not have roaches. They have bedbugs. He is the one who put couch outside. He said he quit getting bit as soon as he removed couch. Discussed the need to wrap in plastic so sanitation would pick up. Spoke with 2nd floor tenant. He said they have seen a roach or two but he is treating. I inspected but could not find roaches. I observed baits, boric acid and glue traps. The tenant disclosed that they have bedbugs. /// GED
10/24 - Spoke with owner concerning investigation. Follow up inspection needed. /// GED
