6/25/19 - I spoke with the tenants at the property and showed them the stagnant water. They agreed to empty the stagnant water and pull the tarp tight, to prevent further mosquito breeding. /// CM

7/3 - Spoke with tenant - Crystal. She stated that they cleaned water but it rained. Observed no mosquito larvae at this time. Discussed better covering to ensure water does not accumulate in future. Case closed. /// GED
