Thank you for reporting this to the City. Since the street lights are the property and responsibility of AEP we ask that you report the current outage directly to AEP. To do this you can use the following steps.
1) Go to the following website: https://www.aepohio.com/
2) In the middle of the page you will see a section titled "Outages and Problems/Report Outages and Problems"
3) In the drop down menu choose "Report a Street Light Problem"
4) Fill out the required information. NOTE: You will need the Pole ID# which is located on a metal plate of the actual pole.
AEP will then address this issue in a timely manner.
