    These people, Brian and Sabrina, go up and down the road with 4 wheelers, going in yards and doing burn outs in the road. Makes lots of noises. Almost hit one of them.

    Fence is in bad shape. Dogs stick head out of fence and try to attack. Had to put large rocks of my own against fence to keep them from coming out and attacking me or my dog. Owners don’t care and leave them out all the time.

    Dogs try to come through fence and bark continuously for hours, even during nighttime hours. Fence is falling apart and they try and get through.
