This is at least the second time I have seen this reported. If the city wants to avoid any lawsuit concerning any damage to a vehicle or pedestrian, I suggest that they get busy and fix this mess.
Being aware of the problem and ignoring it is typical. Probably trying to determine what is the city's share versus Perry township share since the boundary line runs down the middle of Whipple.
The southbound side is Perry Twp, northbound is Canton City. I'm pretty sure that they know that. Every year at this time, the same are a is like a mine field. Go very slow, and look like you're drunk.
Well aware of the north south border as stated in my comment. Why else the delay? Oh that's right, there is a turn lane they can't figure out. Sarcastic? Hardly. Reality? BINGO.
Understood. Sad that the powers that be can't fix this third world road condition. To the city, is Whipple from 13th SW to West Tusc. slated for grind up and repaving? Or is the city going to keep wasting time, money, and resources by filling in the holes?
