  08/15/2019 - Visited these dumping sites today. Took photos and acquired overhead aerial views of the areas to aid EPA in future clean-up. At this time, there is a large amount of overgrowth of vegetation that will hinder a proper clean-up of the areas. Will most likely have to wait until late Fall to see all of the dumped materials. Will send information to Ohio EPA. Will also contact the property owner / agent again regarding this matter. /// RLM

  11/04/2019 - Met with EPA and Liberty Tire onsite today. Estimated 2200+ tires on the various locations in this area. Will coordinate cleanup of solid waste with Cobra Rolloffs and Property Owner / Manager. The plan is to cleanup tires the day after solid waste is removed so as to not make more of a mess of things if tires are cleaned up first. EPA will contact owner regarding this.

  The litter and dumping is getting worse by the day. There is now a pile of tires beside the road. More furniture and general debris along the property as well. Cars drive in and out of there all the time. You need video surveillance and a posted sign about the video surveillance to possibly deter some. Cars drive in and out of there all the time. When is this mess going to get cleaned up?
