Description

Owner has not done any work on the place for at least 2 years. Crazy. Government officials talk about supporting neighborhoods, this is a neighborhood that cares and is trying to improve yet is faced with properties like this bringing down the value of our homes, making our area less than desirable for owner-occupied home buyers. PLEASE put some teeth behind existing ordinances! Homeowners in the neighborhood have spent thousands in improvements, yet are faced with this property ever day...
