Description

On 02/01/23, sewage backed up in basement floor drain and was reported to Canton City. Crew arrived and advised no city sewage issue. We paid for snake service of our main drain at that time and was snaked 100 feet to the street. Today, same floor drain backed up, see picture attached. Also, basement toilet had no water in it. Please send crew to check city sewage system.
